Twas the night before Christmas.

Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the house
not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse.
The stockings were hung by the chimney with care,
in hopes that St. Nicholas soon would be there.

Just a quick post today as we're busy, busy, busy with Christmas preparations! The kitchen smells wonderful, a tin of Quality Street has been opened and I made my younger brother his first 'snowball'. For lunch we ate homemade turkey, cranberry and stuffing pie, and an array of Christmas films have been playing in the background all day long.

I've finally decided on what I'll be wearing tomorrow, and I've also treated myself to a couple of dresses from the Dahlia sale - whoever said there was anything wrong with buying yourself Christmas presents? Dahlia are one of my favourite shops (especially since I featured in their summer film) so whenever their sales roll around I get extremely excited! I can't wait to share my bargains with you soon.

I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas! Thank you all for your support over the past year. This blog has become an integral part of my life over recent months, and that wouldn't have happened if it weren't for every kind soul whose commented, followed and generally supported me over the past year. You all mean the world to me and I'll be thinking of you tomorrow whilst I celebrate with my family.
