Happy Christmas Eve, Eve! I hope you're all feeling suitably merry - I know we are! There's Christmas music playing in every room and the presents are piling up under the tree. I doubt I'll be sleeping tomorrow night, I'm such a child when it comes to Christmas Eve. I'll be waking Grant up at the crack of dawn insisting we open a few little presents (we save the bulk of them until after lunch) before we tuck into our traditional breakfast of scrambled eggs and smoked salmon.

Perhaps this outfit isn't the most overtly festive, however something about the flashes of red felt quite Christmassy to me. Admittedly when this jumper arrived in the post it was a lot tighter and smaller than it looked online, however with the right styling I actually quite like it. I tucked it into my ever-versatile faux leather skirt, slung my favourite red satchel over my shoulder, and matched it with a bold red lip.

Tomorrow is going to be spent drinking Baileys, making all of the trimmings for Christmas dinner, baking mince pies and generally dancing around the kitchen, and I wouldn't have it any other way! How will you be spending your Christmas Eve?
